A Shop Technician is tasked with the preparation, customization, and repair of various office technology products. About The Role: Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all Imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed Make sound judgements and recommendations in order to keep pace in a fast-moving work environment Requirements & Qualifications: Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why Join our Team of Employee Owners?
