This employer participates in E-Verify.Position SummaryIn addition to regular administrative duties, this position requires frequent contact with the community through various forms of communication including phone, email, and in-person. This person will assist with purchase requisitions and invoice payments for marketing, performing arts and community education. This person works closely with the ASU MH Marketing Department to promote events and university to meet enrollment goals. Experience in marketing, digital media, and content management systems is desired. This person is responsible for but not limited to requisitioning payments according to contracts, assisting in fulfilling contract requirements for hospitality, coordinating patron parking and shuttles, assisting with ticket sales, and other duties as assigned.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcesses purchase requisitions and invoices for the office of Institutional Advancement.Sale of tickets through ticketing systems for all shows.Update website and calendars for promotion of events and key dates critical to enrollment.Provides administrative support to the Office of Institutional Advancement by assisting in record keeping, letter writing, ticket sales, marketing, etcKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, etc. Knowledge of Content Management Systems for website updates, calendar listings, etc. Good customer service skills – phone, written, and in-personGeneral Days/HoursM-F. Hours vary depending on the needs of the department.OtherMinimum Qualifications: A high school diploma is required. One year of experience in customer-service related fields or administrative positions is preferred.
