Press Brake Operator

Location : Leominster, MA Position : Press Brake Operator Pay Range : $26-$30 per hour Reports To : Production Manager We are seeking energetic, imaginative, and creative individuals with robust skills in manufacturing, machining, hand tools, and production processes. Your skills will be utilized within a fast‑growing, innovative shop environment. Responsibilities Programming offline Operate press brakes to produce three‑dimensional parts from flat layout Coordinate with Engineering team as changes arise Verify settings by measuring positions, first‑run parts, and sample workpieces, adhering to quality production standards and tight tolerance requirements Perform physical functions of the job including lifting up to 25–70 lbs. and maneuvering product as needed Responsible for complex set‑ups, forming, and editing programs at the machine Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures, process integrity, and regulations including keeping work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition Monitor calibration of all measuring equipment and machinery tools to ensure safe, correct, and optimum performance Install preset jobs and set up tooling, fixturing, and machinery Verify paperwork, print number, revision levels, operation sequence, materials, program, and check sheet are all correct and consistent Run jobs efficiently, organized, and safely while following work instructions on the print and/or work order sequence Maintain workflow and perform quality audits to ensure product meets or exceeds customer specifications Additionally, the ideal candidate should handle a fast‑paced environment with tight turnaround times and work both independently and as a team member.
