Join to apply for the Skilled Laborer role at Prince Contracting, LLC . Job Responsibilities: Measuring distance from grade stakes, driving stakes, and stretching tight lines. Bolting, nailing, aligning, and blocking up under forms. Signaling operators of construction or asphalt equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications. Leveling earth or asphalt to grade specifications using picks, shovels, and rakes. Mixing concrete and applying caulking compounds. Sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, and mounting pipe hangers. Job Requirements: Ability to frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, or walk for extended periods. Must be able to climb on and off equipment. Work is outdoors in Florida heat and rain, around heavy highway traffic, typically 10 hours per day, 5 (occasionally 6) days a week.
