We are hiring MIG Welders for long-term opportunities involving fabrication, assembly, and production welding in a fast-paced shop environment. Whether you have recent welding school training or hands-on welding experience, we want to hear from you.

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and shop tools
• Assemble and fabricate parts to quality specifications
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and fabrication equipment as needed
• Support production and manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards

• 6+ months of welding experience or completed welding training
• MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail
• Fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
