Role Overview
Our client is a global leader in digital learning and workforce development, building technology that impacts millions of users worldwide. They are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to own and modernize their core Content Authoring Platform at the Senior Director level. In this high-impact, hands-on leadership role, you will sit at the intersection of platform strategy, technical product leadership, and AI innovation to transform a complex legacy ecosystem into a user-centric, AI-enabled platform. The ideal candidate thrives as a player-coach who can lead large teams while driving the vision for tools that power learning experiences globally.
Job Title: Head of Product - Content Authoring Platform (Senior Director)
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000 base plus bonus and Equity. ( Based on experiene )
Location: Hoboken, NJ (Expectations 2-3 days a week onsite)
Core Requirements & Responsibilities
- Proven experience leading platform products, internal tooling, or internal applications within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Strong track record as a player-coach, with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams (managing a team size of 20+).
- Hands-on product leader who can drive platform strategy while executing day-to-day continuous discovery and delivery cycles.
- Direct experience integrating AI/ML-driven capabilities into products, including generative AI, automated workflows, and recommendation engines to upgrade legacy applications.
- Establish a rigorous, data-driven product mindset across the team, utilizing advanced metrics, instrumentation, and success frameworks to validate hypotheses and track OKRs.
