Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Ongoing

Shift: Various, including day and night shifts

Hours per Week: 30+ hours (full-time benefits offered at 30+ hours)

Employment Type: Contract

Required Licenses/Certs: RN license, ACLS, PALS, BLS (AHA)

Experience: Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring; ED experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $33.90 $45.25 (based on experience)

Salary Range: $70,512 $94,120 annually (based on 40-hour week)

Agency Placement Fee: 25%

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing processes
• Monitor cardiac status, including cardiac monitoring for appropriate patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and educate patients and families
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide critical care when needed

What You Need

Required:

• RN license in New Hampshire
• ACLS, PALS, BLS (AHA certifications)
• Experience in medical-surgical units; ED experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience in rural healthcare settings or Critical Access Hospitals
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
