Specialty Representative - United States Field Worker (Baylor University)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative to promote pharmaceutical products across Texas territories, serving as the primary customer contact for demand creation and sales execution. Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategy and promote Amgen products under District Manager guidance
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct medical educational programs with healthcare providers
• Manage territory accounts, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Develop territory plans and provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness
• Achieve territory sales targets through Plan of Action execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 4 years sales/healthcare experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales/healthcare experience
• Sales planning and organizing capabilities
• Clinical knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas
• Business acumen and industry/technical knowledge application
• Ability to communicate clinical and economic benefits effectively
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Compensation: $89,880.00 – $121,602.00 base salary annually
