Insurance Sales Agent

Overview GEICO is hiring an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Agent for our Manchester, CT exclusive agency. The role involves helping customers with insurance needs, building relationships, and delivering bilingual service to the Spanish-speaking community. What You'll Do Build relationships with new and existing customers. Educate clients on insurance needs and provide personalized coverage recommendations. Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and other insurance products. Follow up with leads and referrals to help customers save money and protect what matters most. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Help our Spanish-speaking community by providing outstanding bilingual service. What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, wireless, automotive, customer service, etc.). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
