Responsibilities

Lead discovery meetings to understand the specific risks and goals of our clients.

Create customized coverage programs that protect families and businesses throughout Connecticut.

Maintain active relationships with current policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves with their life changes.

Review existing policies to identify gaps and offer proactive solutions for better protection.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking gatherings.

Mentor junior team members on best practices for client communication and file management.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.

Minimum of three years of experience managing client insurance portfolios.

Strong comfort level with consultative, face-to-face client meetings.

Proven ability to interpret policy language and explain it simply to others.

Deep familiarity with local business landscapes in the Manchester area.

Knowledge of carrier quoting platforms and agency management systems.
