Practice Manager Mercy Clinic Spine & Pain Management - Southfork 12700 Southfork Road St. Louis, MO 63128 Schedule : Monday through Friday, Full Time, Exempt Position Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Experience: Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required. Preferred Experience: 2 or more years' experience in a physician or medical office preferred. Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Preferred Knowledge: Knowledge of managed care billing practices preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire clinic staff , ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, optimal team performance, and a supportive work environment. Champion operational excellence by ensuring all clinical, technical, and administrative processes align with Mercy’s standards and regulatory requirements. Partner closely with physicians to support their workflow, enhance satisfaction, and remove barriers to outstanding patient care.
