Join the Friendship Center of Emmet County and help older adults continue living safely and independently in their own homes. This is a non-medical caregiving position focused on companionship, household support, and helping with everyday tasks that make a big difference.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Help with grocery shopping and errands.
• Provide limited personal care assistance, such as bathing and grooming.
• Keep accurate documentation and communicate with our Client Services team.
• Build meaningful relationships while helping seniors remain independent.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping others.
• Has experience working with older adults (preferred).
• Is organized and able to work independently.
• Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Can pass a criminal background check.
