Job Overview:

Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Support Services Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading health benefits program.

The Contract Support Services Specialist will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for managing mailroom activities, processing documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while providing reliable support to internal teams and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations.
• Scan and index documents, forms, and records accurately within designated systems.
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail.
• Prepare, process, and coordinate outgoing mail shipments.
• Verify and update address information for returned mail and correspondence.
• Manage fax communications and printer queues to ensure timely processing.
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Assist with document filing, copying, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Support office workflow by ensuring documents and communications are processed efficiently.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Adapt to new systems, tools, and processes designed to improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling member and company information.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements include:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Additional education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

• Administrative experience including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and computer-based tasks required.
• Experience working in an office support or clerical role preferred.
• Member service or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling confidential documentation preferred.
• Experience within healthcare benefits, insurance, or employee benefits environments is a plus.

Skills:

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
