Escrow Assistant

We are seeking an escrow assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Generally, this position includes those duties required to process real estate title transactions, including:

• Entering new contracts and refinance orders
• Ordering HOA documents and resale certificates -
• Depositing earnest/option money
• Reviewing title commitments and real estate contracts
• Ordering and reviewing land surveys
• Curative title work
• Preparation of closing documents
• Funding of transaction/disbursement of funds
• Additional office administrative duties as needed
