Commercial Escrow Assistant

Review commitments Order estoppels and payoffs Clear title requirements Prepare CD settlement statements Process cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions independently from contract execution to closing Identify and resolve potential closing issues timely and professionally Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction Develop and participate in marketing to attract and retain clients Answer incoming telephone calls using courteous, cheerful, and professional telephone etiquette Prepare bank deposits and customer invoices as requested Perform assigned clerical duties Monitor and distribute office deliveries Monitor office supplies and prepare office supply orders Administer and maintain printers and copiers Manage mailing, postage, and distribution of US Mail, UPS, FedEx, and courier mail Requirements Reception and/or customer service training helpful Good knowledge of the latest version of MS Office Ability to word process and work with spreadsheets Ability to use proprietary company applications as assigned Ability to communicate well with clients, customers, associates, managers, visitors, and vendors High School diploma or equivalent Experience in Commercial Escrow, or Paralegal in Real Estate SoftPro experience Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Commercial Escrow processes and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
