Job Description: Senior Business Analyst Company Overview: Join our team at Insignia Consultancy Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in translating complex business needs into actionable technology solutions across high-impact sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, and HR. Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities: Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and document business needs to develop comprehensive functional specifications. Process Optimization: Improve business operations and streamline technology interactions for enhanced efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across various functions to ensure the development of integrated solutions. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project artefacts, including specifications and workflow diagrams, to ensure clear project tracking and communication. Strategic Workshops: Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement workshops to capture and understand business needs. Technology Solutions Design: Work collaboratively to design solutions that align with and support business goals. Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation and execution of test cases to ensure the effectiveness and quality of implemented solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2 years as a Business Analyst, with exposure to e-commerce, fintech, or marketing preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, business process modelling tools (e.g., Figma), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Analytical Skills: Exceptional in analysis, organization, and problem-solving. Communication: Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and influence. Mandatory Skills: Expertise in at least three of the following domains: must have 3 years E-commerce: Deep knowledge in B2C and B2B sales, inventory management, popular platforms like Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce, and digital marketing strategies. Fintech: Proficient in banking, financial analysis, regulatory compliance (GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II), and technologies like blockchain. HR: Familiar with HRIS, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Marketing: Skilled in market research, campaign management, and marketing automation. Data AI: Advanced in ML models, NLP, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Digital Marketing: Strong in social media, email marketing strategies and tools like Google Analytics. Information Systems: Knowledgeable in cloud computing, database modelling, and backend technologies. Work Hours: Full-time, 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. Application Process: 1. Assessment 2.
