Recruiter / Talent Acquisition SpecialistSanhua International is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Houston team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract high-quality candidates across the organization.We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional with strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver top talent.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruiting ExecutionManage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementPost job openings across appropriate channels and proactively source candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniquesCoordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and panel teamsMaintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring processStrategy & PartnershipPartner with leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce needsDevelop and implement creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talentBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill rolesCollaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve candidate experienceOperations & AdministrationSchedule interviews and manage recruiting logisticsTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systemRepresent the company at job fairs and recruiting eventsSupport continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practicesOnboarding & OffboardingCoordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experiencePartner with HR and hiring managers on onboarding logistics, documentation, and complianceSupport offboarding processes, including exit coordination and documentationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceStrong sourcing skills and experience using proactive recruiting methodsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience recruiting in HVAC, Automotive, or manufacturing environments preferredMust be based in or near Houston, TX
