Traveling Night Auditor - Stay PMS Experience RequiredPay: $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay3-Month Task Force AssignmentTravel Position | Immediate OpportunityWe're hiring an experienced Night Auditor for a 3-month Task Force assignment at a large, full-service hotel. This position is ideal for someone with strong hotel front office and night audit experience who can step into the operation and work independently with minimal training.What You'll DoPerform overnight front desk and night audit operationsComplete daily/nightly audits and ensure accurate financial reportingProcess guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and account adjustmentsReconcile daily hotel transactions and resolve discrepanciesMonitor and balance guest accounts and room chargesPrepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadershipHandle guest requests and concerns professionally during overnight hoursMonitor hotel activity and maintain a safe and secure environmentCommunicate important overnight issues and updates to hotel leadershipCoordinate with Front Office and other departments as neededMaintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and proceduresExperience RequiredPrevious hotel Night Auditor experience REQUIREDStay PMS experience REQUIREDStrong understanding of hotel front desk and night audit proceduresExperience with daily reconciliation and financial reportingStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working independently during overnight hoursExcellent communication and customer service skillsAble to handle guest concerns and operational issues professionallyExperience in a large, full-service hotel preferredFlexible availability based on hotel needsMust be willing to travel for the full 3-month assignmentAssignment Details$20.00/hourWeekly pay3-month assignmentTask Force / travel opportunityTravel expenses to and from the client facility are coveredOpportunity for additional Task Force assignmentsThis is an experienced leadership position.
