Parking Attendant

Parking Services Attendant | Part-Time | CFG Bank Arena ParkingAs a Parking Services Attendant, you will be responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests with any issues that may arise, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests and employees within parking areas. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until September 11, 2026.ResponsibilitiesProvide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class ServiceMonitoring parking garage for safety and security of guests and employees and vehiclesProvide guests with directions and other venue informationDirect guests and employees to available parking spacesRespond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional mannerMaintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shiftsAssist daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on-siteQualificationsPrior parking experience strongly preferredCustomer Service abilities are a mustMust be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contactAbility to multi-taskThe physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distancesAbility to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditionsExcellent communication skillsAbility to lift heavy objects as needed.Strengthened by our Differences.
