Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to K–12 students, reinforcing positive behaviors and assisting with daily routines in accordance with program goals.
• Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure consistent support and best practice implementation.
• Attend training and participate in team meetings as needed to stay up-to-date on behavioral strategies and student needs.
