Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or students in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to student progress

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or group behavioral support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement evidence-based behavior intervention techniques in classroom and school settings
• Record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes with accuracy and confidentiality
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to reinforce positive behaviors
• Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to school policies at all times
