HR Manager (Employee Relations Focus) Join a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to serving local communities across Sacramento. This is an opportunity to step into a hands‑on HR leadership role where you’ll directly impact employee experience, support frontline leaders, and help drive a positive, compliant workplace culture. Job Summary The HR Manager will lead day‑to‑day human resources operations with a strong focus on employee relations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. This role supports leaders, handles complex employee matters, and ensures HR practices align with organizational policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and employee concerns Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Oversee and support HR staff and team operations Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Support initiatives related to employee engagement and retention Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong background in employee relations and investigations Experience coaching leaders and managing workplace conflict Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Preferred Experience Healthcare, nonprofit, or multi‑site environment Experience supporting frontline workforce populations Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $95,680.00 – $95,680.00 per year. Benefits include dental, health, vision, and 401(k). Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Sacramento, CA.
