Key Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Possess a valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Previous experience providing social work services in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Adept at building trust with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and advocacy skills
• Ability to commit to part-time hours (0.4 FTE), fully in-person

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct support and interventions for students with academic, emotional, or behavioral needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in individualized education planning
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop strategies for student success
• Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives and small group sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
• Serve as an advocate for students, connecting them and their families to vital community resources
