Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first line of end-user assistance in our hybrid Greater Boston environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage Microsoft 365 workloads, and support onboarding offboarding activities while ensuring a smooth IT experience for employees.
