Engineering Technician II: RCCA & Process Improvement

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking a Technician to support non-conformance reviews, MRB rework disposition, and initiation of rework. The role focuses on root cause investigations and actions to improve yield across critical manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to disposition parts, define rework, and coordinate corrective actions. Strong RCCA, data analysis in InfinityQS/JMP/Excel, and team communication are essential in this #J-18808-Ljbffr Silfex
