Competitive salary ($19.25-$33.50 per hour) Based upon major, degree type, and class status Housing options (if eligible) Real‑world experience that provides a competitive edge upon graduation Casual work environment Career planning and development workshops Organized social activities and community service events Networking with leadership, hiring managers, and early career colleagues Internship Assignment: Full Time - Summer 2027 Assist engineers with day‑to‑day technical support for production and maintenance activities Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues to minimize downtime Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Assist in developing and updating work instructions Participate in process improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives Support small capital or continuous improvement projects, including design, planning, and execution Work cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams Create and update technical documentation, drawings, and reports Lead a process or equipment improvement project focused on increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, or improving product quality.
