Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

The rehabilitation team provides orthopedic, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness treatment, and chronic pain management aimed at returning patients to function and community activities. Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by APTA. Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Healthcare Provider BLS required from AHA or ARC. Experience in orthopedic, neurological, balance/dizziness, or chronic pain rehabilitation preferred. Ability to travel to multiple points of care as required by the client. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred. Experience with return-to-function and community reintegration programs preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 0800-1630. No weekends. Shifts per week: 5x8. Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
