Oversee tax filings, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships for a diverse portfolio in a collaborative hybrid work setting.Essential Requirements8+ years of progressive experience in a CPA firm environment.Active CPA license required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.Expert knowledge of US tax forms (1040, 1065, 1120-S, etc.).Must have experience in: Professional Services - Accounting & Audit Firms (CPA)Compensation DetailsSalary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD yearlyPerformance-based incentives and business development commissions.Other BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) matchingGenerous paid time off (PTO)Hybrid work flexibilityModern office in Miami financial districtPrimary ResponsibilitiesOversee and review preparation of federal and state tax forms for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.Act as primary contact for high-value clients, providing strategic tax advice.Mentor and develop staff and seniors to ensure technical excellence.Support business development and partner-track initiatives as applicable.Ideal Candidate CriteriaMinimum 8 years of experienceMinimum 3 years of job stabilityEducation/Specialization Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics, MBA or Master's in Finance
