Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for all-around operations and is responsible for the P&L of the restaurant. The person will direct the hourly staff members and the Assistant Manager, including the Kitchen Manager to ensure compliance with company specifications for preparing food, sanitation, and administrative and accounting obligations. The Restaurant General Manager accounts for the development and training of all hourly and management staff in the restaurant and must have extremely strong leadership abilities.

• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess

• High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager is a must for this position
