Construction Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Must have significant construction accounting experience. Job Summary:The FP&A Manager role will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making across the organization. This role will be closely partnered with executive leadership and operational teams to drive financial visibility, performance insights, and scalable financial processes. General Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and operational decisionsAnalyze project-level performance, job costing, WIP schedules, and margin trends within a construction environmentProvide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadershipSupport cash flow forecasting and working capital optimizationImprove financial reporting processes, dashboards, and KPI trackingPartner with operations to evaluate project profitability, labor productivity, and cost controlsAssist with board and executive-level financial presentationsMinUSD $120,000.00/Yr.
