PT Sales Ambassador

Summary Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor while building long‑term client relationships. Use digital tools and CRM to support clienteling and drive individual and team sales performance. Act as a leader within the store by supporting training, coaching, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to meet customer needs and enhance the shopping experience. Drive individual sales and support the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and execute outreach and clienteling strategies. Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand standards. Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training activities. Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer preferences. Support recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging potential talent. Requirements Sales experience in a specialty, high‑volume, or high‑profile retail environment preferred. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues. Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred. Ability to operate a register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
