Summary The Sales Ambassador delivers personalized customer service and creates engaging experiences that reflect the brand lifestyle. The role builds client relationships, supports sales goals, and contributes to a collaborative store environment. Responsibilities Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and provide thoughtful styling recommendations. Build client relationships through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools. Meet individual sales goals and support team sales plans and performance. Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and training. Support colleagues through coaching, collaboration, and talent sourcing. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to use digital tools, operate a register, and work flexibly across the sales floor and store areas.
