Experienced Automotive Sales Representative (CDJR)

We're looking for a proven automotive sales professional who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have a successful track record in vehicle sales and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Present financing and protection options in partnership with the finance team.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay current on CDJR products, inventory, incentives, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience with a demonstrated record of success.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership sales processes.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

- Maximum Salary: $120,000.00
