Description Job Description: Automotive Sales Consultant at Bomnin Volvo Cars Dadeland Job Status: Full-time, exempt Department: Sales Reports To: General Sales Manager (GSM) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Position Overview: As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Bomnin Volvo Cars Dadeland, you will be an integral part of our luxury automotive sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the process of selecting and purchasing luxury vehicles from the Volvo brand. Your expertise and passion for luxury automobiles will help customers make informed decisions while upholding the standards of our esteemed dealership. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met within the framework of luxury brand standards. Provide knowledgeable guidance to clients regarding vehicle options, features, and benefits, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Volvo's luxury offerings. Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle capabilities, performance, and safety features, enhancing the customer experience and promoting brand loyalty. Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and financing options, assisting clients in making informed purchase decisions aligned with their budgets. Collaborate with the GSM and COO to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership's growth and success. Position Requirements Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Previous experience in luxury automotive sales or a related luxury sales field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clientele. Passion for luxury vehicles and a clear understanding of Volvo's brand identity and values. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections with poise and professionalism. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on customer demand. Willingness to complete OEM-required trainings to obtain Volvo Certification, showcasing commitment to product knowledge and brand expertise.
