Technical Product Specialist

The Technical Product Specialist develops deep technical expertise of the QuoteWerks software and serves as a bridge between Development, Support, Training & Documentation, Sales, and customers. The role provides the technical knowledge, access, and bandwidth needed to investigate complex product issues, improve product quality, and ensures that product capabilities and changes are understood throughout the organization. Develop deep working knowledge of QuoteWerks, including product architecture, workflows, configuration, integrations, and common customer environments. Perform product quality control and test new features, fixes, integrations, and workflows. Serve as a technical liaison between Support and Development, helping investigate issues, reproduce problems, gather the information Development needs, communicate technical concerns, and validate fixes. Provide Support with a more direct technical escalation path for product and integration issues, reducing reliance on a small number of Development resources for investigation and troubleshooting. Maintain the access, environments, tools, and bandwidth necessary to investigate technical issues independently, including VMs and test environments used for testing and troubleshooting. Develop strong expertise in QuoteWerks CRM integrations and other technically significant integrations and services, including Online Ordering, Etilize, Content Server, and similar product infrastructure. Investigate and help resolve complex or escalated customer issues, particularly issues that cross Support, Development, integrations, or customer environments. Work with Development to reproduce issues, communicate requirements and customer impact, test proposed solutions, and validate fixes before and after release. Communicate product changes to Support and Training & Documentation, including what changed, why it matters, expected behavior, troubleshooting considerations, and what needs to be documented or communicated. Assist Sales with technically complex prospects, integrations, workflows, demonstrations, and product questions when deeper product expertise is required. Identify recurring customer, integration, or product issues and surface patterns and opportunities for product, documentation, training, or process improvements. Serve as a technical product resource across the organization, reducing dependence on individual employees as the only source of knowledge for specialized areas of the product. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
