Deburr Operator

HIRING DEBURR OPERATOR!!!! $20-25/HR!!!!As a Deburr Operator, you will perform both manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components, ensuring that edges, holes, and surfaces meet blueprint and workmanship requirements. You will inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensional and visual conformance.ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components.Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to ensure compliance with customer and aerospace standards.Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions in accordance with quality procedures and AS9100 requirements.Handle, clean, and protect parts properly to prevent damage, contamination, or defects during deburr and inspection processes.Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.Essential SkillsInspectionQuality inspectionAttention to detailAssemblyVisual inspectionAdditional Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of quality experienceJob Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Erlanger, KY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
