Pella Windows and Doors SW is looking for professional and communicative people to join our Albuquerque, NM office as full-time Project Coordinators! This is a customer-facing role where you'll be in-office, coordinating the vital aspects of our projects and deliveries that keep our business successful. You'll help shape the customer experience by coordinating all aspects of our deliveries and projects, including scheduling, customer communication, and damaged product recoveries. Always professional and upbeat, you'll engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns. We're always trying to improve our methods and refine our processes, so you'll also be responsible for identifying areas for growth and continuously improving office workflows. QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of project coordination experienceProfessional and polite phone and email communication skillsPositive, helpful, and solution-oriented personalityGeneral construction knowledge or experience would be a plus, but it isn't required.
