Reporting to the leader of Post-Acute and Palliative Care Services, this individual will oversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with organizational goals related to clinical outcomes, patient and staff satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.This role will lead the development and execution of innovative programs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
