The clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and a modern layout designed to enhance patient experience and optimize therapy sessions. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for occasional flexibility to meet patient needs. As a member of our dedicated team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to develop customized treatment plans that address individual needs and rehabilitation goals.Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to facilitate recovery.Educate patients and their families on health management techniques, including exercises to be performed at home, strategies for pain management, and how to carry out daily activities safely.Document patient progress in adherence with regulatory and organizational requirements, ensuring all records reflect timely and accurate information regarding treatment outcomes.Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, including Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to provide cohesive and comprehensive patient care.Provide emotional support and motivational encouragement to patients, helping them overcome psychological barriers to recovery and instilling confidence throughout their rehabilitation journey.Participate in continual learning and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy and enhance clinical skills.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Joint Dynamics, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children recovering from sports injuries, elderly individuals seeking to enhance mobility, and post-operative patients aiming for swift rehabilitation. Your expertise will not only help improve their physical capabilities but also contribute to their overall emotional and psychological well-being.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.In-depth knowledge of anatomical and physiological principles relevant to physical therapy.Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and treatment planning.Preferred ExperienceAt least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment approaches.Experience working collaboratively in interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
