Develops direct reports, mentors, and coaches Team Members to meet their potential; frequently visiting clinics and traveling with managers. Attracts and identifies top talent for continued growth. Train and role-model the expected behaviors and consistently follow up to drive sustainable behaviors that lead to success. Establish appropriate direction and communication to assigned clinics, monitoring performance, providing feedback and recognition, and maintaining alignment on priorities.
