Full-Cycle Litigation – Handle matters from discovery through depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. The Role Manage plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution. Handle class and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws. Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs . Lead discovery , depositions , hearings , mediations and settlement negotiations . Support trial and arbitration preparation while collaborating with partners on litigation strategy. About You 5–10 years' litigation experience. Experience handling complex litigation, class actions or collective actions . Strong motion practice, legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills . Ability to independently manage an active litigation docket . Plaintiff-side Wage & Hour or Employment Litigation experience is highly regarded but not essential. Location Houston , Texas.
