This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team renowned for delivering strategic, results-driven representation in all aspects of employment law. The Firm This firm has a well-established national reputation in employment and business litigation, offering Houston-based attorneys the chance to work on sophisticated, high-value matters for marquee clients. The culture is supportive, entrepreneurial, and focused on professional development. The Role You will work closely with clients across diverse industries, advising on:
- Day-to-day HR and compliance matters, including terminations, workplace investigations, and policy development
- Employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings
- Claims under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and related statutes
- Drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and employment contracts
- Delivering proactive training and compliance solutions tailored to client needs
- 3–6 years’ experience in employment law (litigation and/or counseling), ideally from a respected national or strong regional firm
- Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to provide commercially sound, client-focused advice
- Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative working style
