Practice Highlights: The mission of Bear Lake and Cache Valley Community Health Centers is to provide access to quality primary and urgent health care for the residents and visitors of Bear Lake Valley, Cache Valley, and surrounding communities on an ability to pay basis. The center takes a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy community through education, prevention, and a community networking system.

Community Highlights: Garden City is located in NE Utah on the edge of beautiful Bear Lake, and Logan is a growing rural town. The area offers mountain scenery, fishing, skiing, hiking, climbing, white water rafting/kayaking, biking, and boating. Utah State University is located in Logan, and the town is also home of Logan Regional Hospital with a level 3 trauma center.
