Creative Marketing and Digital Growth Manager (Las Vegas Metropolitan Area)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office and remote work based on business needs

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

The opportunity

Nectar Life transforms bath and body care into a joyful brand experience. We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can turn our products into stories people want to watch, share, and shop—and bring those ideas to life across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

Strong marketing instincts are the foundation of this role. You understand customer motivations, brand positioning, persuasive copy, and what makes an ad memorable. You can find the story in a product, write the hook, create the content using AI and editing tools, and launch the campaign yourself.

You’ll use performance data to sharpen your ideas and grow sales profitably. We value creative judgment, clear storytelling, and execution alongside the ability to learn from results. You have a natural eye for color, composition, and visual storytelling. You can look at a product and immediately envision how to bring it to life through imagery, video, and advertising that captures attention.

What you will own

· Brand storytelling and campaign concepts. Turn product benefits, scents, textures, gifting occasions, and customer insights into compelling campaigns. Give customers a clear reason to care, try, and buy while keeping Nectar’s voice consistent.

· Copy that connects and converts. Write video hooks, scripts, ad headlines, captions, product messaging, and calls to action. Develop distinct creative angles and offers for different customers and occasions.

· AI creative production. Use AI tools hands-on to develop concepts, generate or adapt images and video, storyboard ads, and produce variations. Edit and refine the output into polished, platform-ready content with accurate product details and a consistent brand identity.

· Content that shows the product experience. Create short-form videos, product demonstrations, gifting stories, and creator-style ads. Work with our internal team and creators for footage and assets, and personally take concepts through to finished ads.

· Paid campaign execution. Build, launch, and improve campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon. Adapt the message and assets to each platform, manage budgets and targeting, and connect the creative promise to the shopping experience.

· Creative testing and profitable growth. Test different hooks, stories, visuals, formats, and offers. Use sales, conversion, acquisition cost, and return on ad spend to decide what to improve, stop, or scale. Explain what you learned and what you will try next.

· Email and SMS retention marketing. Own campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo. Use AI to develop concepts, subject lines, copy, and creative, then refine for Nectar’s voice. Build segments and welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back journeys to drive repeat purchases.

You will help bring designated agency-managed work in-house and take direct ownership of execution, working closely with the CEO on priorities and budgets.

What you bring

· A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand thinking, storytelling, copywriting, and advertising creative for consumer products.

· Hands-on experience taking a campaign from customer insight and concept through copy, creative production, launch, and improvement.

· Practical experience using AI image, video, and writing tools to create finished marketing assets. You can show what you created, how you refined it, and why it fits the brand.

· Strong visual judgment and short-form video skills, including hooks, pacing, product demonstrations, and clear calls to action. You can personally produce and edit usable ads.

· Direct experience building and managing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, plus hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or Amazon advertising and a willingness to take ownership of all three channels.

· Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or another consumer brand, with an understanding of how customer needs, positioning, offers, and creative influence purchases.

· Hands-on Klaviyo and retention marketing experience: building email and SMS campaigns, segments, and automated flows; using AI to create content; and improving repeat purchases, deliverability, and customer lifetime value.

· Ownership, organization, and the ability to move from an idea to a finished campaign with limited supervision.

· Distinctive campaigns that communicate Nectar’s product benefits and personality consistently.

· A steady flow of polished creative, with meaningful new concepts as well as variations of proven ads.

· Clear learning from tests, profitable customer acquisition, and stronger email and SMS revenue, repeat purchase rates, and customer retention.

· Reliable ownership of campaigns from concept through launch, with less dependence on external agencies.
