Outside Sales Representative

You will receive a base pay through your training and understanding of your responsibility here at Ultimate as well as uncapped Commission, bonuses, and residuals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or a related field, strong multitasking ability, and excellent follow-up skills. He/she will be an expert communicator with success in negotiation.

Responsibilities: 

• Client support and networking – Prospect and sign scrap yards, auto repair shops, salvage yards, and industrial companies. Walk prospects through the marketplace and their first listing. Get sellers through verification and onto a paid membership. Coordinate pickups with dispatch so a new seller's first experience is a good one. Maintain your account records in the system. Operate the company vehicle safely and keep it maintained.
• Reporting – Maintain daily reportsales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested. of s

Requirements: 

• Confident in your presence, feel important
• Able to explain a pricing and commission structure clearly and honestly
• Valid driver's license, 21 or older, clean recent driving record
• Scrap, waste, industrial, or construction sales background preferred
