We seek Career Development Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Business/Entrepreneurship/Leadership/Coaching Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Business/Entrepreneurship/Leadership/Coaching Category Speakers deliver impactful, purpose-driven business/leadership/coaching speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences. This topic encompasses the principles and practices of effective organizational management, personal development, and performance enhancement. Business and leadership focus on strategy, decision-making, and growth, while coaching involves guiding individuals to reach their full potential. Together, they foster innovation, accountability, and leadership excellence across sectors.

Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Career Development Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Business & Entrepreneurship Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Career Development speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field.

Ability to deliver high-value keynote insights aligned with an organization's brand promise of culture, courage, and continuous learning. Present topic-specific keynotes, engage audiences with expertise and authenticity, and contribute to broader event objectives through storytelling and strategy.

Current or previous role aligned with Business & Entrepreneurship activities driving qualifications as a Career Development Keynote Speaker. Recognized expertise, public speaking experience, and subject-matter credibility are essential.

Skills Required
