Influencer Marketing Manager

Himalaya is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and lead our influencer strategy, driving impactful partnerships that amplify our brand voice and connect with our community in an authentic way. The person who is right for this role is someone who has rolled up their sleeves and had proven success building creator partnerships as measured by output, engagement, and revenue growth. You will own how creator content translates into measurable growth—driving conversion, content velocity, and revenue across the Himalaya portfolio. This role will also oversee the development and execution of scalable gifting, seeding and ambassador programs to drive both awareness and long-term brand advocacy. This is a high-impact role with a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of the organization. Key Responsibilities Own influencer marketing as a performance-driven channel, accountable for engagement, traffic, and contribution to conversion Develop and execute a full-funnel, comprehensive influencer strategy across organic, affiliate, and paid channels, with clear segmentation across creator tiers (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro) Drive performance through data, tracking KPIs, optimizing partnerships, and scaling high-performing creators Build and scale a repeatable pipeline of high-quality content for use across platforms Source and deliver high-performing UGC for paid media ad creative, ensuring continuous testing and optimization Oversee all creator and UGC placements, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across channels Generate and adapt creator content for Amazon PDP (video, image, A+), ensuring creator content improves conversion and supports ongoing optimization Own end-to-end campaign execution, including brief development, timeline management, content review/approval and performance measurement Build a core community of repeat creators and long-term partnerships Concept and execute influencer-led experiences (events, trips, previews, seeding moments) that drive both brand heat and measurable impact Own the operational execution of creator programs, including kit assembly, packaging and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery Stay deeply tapped into popular culture, digital trends, and platform evolution to inform strategy and talent selection Ensure creator programs are fully integrated into broader social, brand and growth marketing strategies to maximize impact across all channels Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and other Growth Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints Qualifications Experience 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social strategy within consumer products, ideally natural products, supplements and/or personal care. Proven experience owning influencer as a measurable, revenue-driving channel Demonstrated success scaling creator content-driven growth strategies Proficiency in Meta, TikTok and Amazon creator ecosystems Experience managing gifting/seeding programs, ambassador communities, and/or high volume creator outreach at scale Experience leading influencer events, community building, or experiential activations Deep understanding of UGC and how it translates into high-performing paid media Experience negotiating directly with agents and managing contracts end-to-end Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve speed, output, and decision-making Familiarity with Amazon Creator Connections is a plus Skills Understanding of the creator ecosystem , including how to source, scale, and monetize creator relationships through affiliate, UGC, and paid amplification models Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills Strong operational and project management skills to manage logistics, timelines and execution across multiple creator initiatives simultaneously Strong cultural awareness with a sharp eye for emerging talent and trends across platforms Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data to strategy Entrepreneurial with bias toward action , experimentation and ability to chart a course vs. follow one. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring out how to add value in business situations with no existing process or solution, as well as to discern priorities without supervision. Ability and willingness to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels Ability to be highly effective working with a remote team and having only periodic in-person contact with leadership Understanding of conversion optimization and how to scale revenue through iterative testing, rapid experimentation, and continuous optimization across channels Understanding of paid social media (e.g., Meta, TikTok) as a growth lever, including campaign management, CAC/ROAS optimization, and scaling high-performing creative Travel Requirements Must be willing to travel regularly (normally quarterly) to headquarters in Sugar Land, TX, as well as travel periodically to attend industry events and to support vendor/customer meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr Himalaya Wellness USA
