The client seeks a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead the organization in promoting Hot Springs, Arkansas, as a premier destination for tourism, conventions, and events. The role is focused on advancing a modern community with deep historical roots and a wide range of attractions, including natural features and well-known visitor experiences. The CEO will provide strategic direction, operational management, and financial oversight for the AandP Commission, including the Hot Springs Convention Center, the Majestic Park baseball complex, and the Northwoods Trail System. This leadership position is expected to strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver high-quality visitor and event experiences while supporting broader economic growth. The ideal candidate will have proven business acumen, strong communication skills, and experience managing a large team.
