Sterile Processing TechAs a Sterile Processing Tech, you ensure surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and ready — playing a vital role in safe patient care.Incentives & PayUp to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (subject to taxes, terms, change)$22.28–$35.10/hour (based on experience)Shift Differentials: Evenings +$2.75 | Nights +$6.50 | Weekends +$3.50Multiple shifts available to submit for once oriented (days, evenings, nights)Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b), tuition + pet insuranceParking: garage (evenings/nights/weekends) | shuttle (days)Career growth & certification supportClean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize instrumentsOperate autoclaves and washer/disinfectorsPrepare surgical case cartsFollow strict infection prevention standardsSterile Processing / SPD / Central Sterile experience (required)CRCST or CSPDT certification (required)Detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused
