We're looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance & Electrical Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment. If you have strong mechanical ability and industrial electrical troubleshooting experience, this is your opportunity to work on advanced production equipment while earning competitive union wages with premium overtime.

What You'll Do

• Keep high-speed production equipment running at peak performance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, wiring, conduit, starters, breakers, and panels
• Perform preventive & corrective mechanical maintenance on heavy machinery
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electromechanical, and fuel distribution systems
• Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues quickly
• Install and connect new electrical systems and production equipment
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and strict safety standards
• Use computerized maintenance systems for documentation

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical controls and mechanical systems
• Experience working with high-voltage industrial systems
• Background in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• Ability to work independently and on high-performing teams
• Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical training preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing plant
• Exposure to heavy machinery, noise, dust, and temperature changes
• Frequent standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 60 lbs)
